What is Callback Hiring?

Callback Hiring lets you rehire any provider from your job history with a single tap for the same service or a completely different one. There's no need to search again. The more callbacks a provider receives, the higher they rank in search results and AI recommendations across the platform.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something goes wrong, contact our support team and we'll work through our dispute resolution process to find a fair solution, which may include a partial refund, some compensation, a free replacement provider or in some cases a full refund.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Yes. You can manage all your bookings directly from your dashboard. Most cancellations or reschedules can be done up with agreement with the provider, but specific terms depend on the individual provider's policy, which is shown at booking time and if a job hasnt been fulfilled yet, you can always cancel and get your money back and if you decide to reshedule you can always just book them again

Sign up and choose the Service Provider account type, then submit your ID, business details, and portfolio for verification. Approval usually takes under 24 hours. Once approved, clients can find you via search, AI recommendations, WhatsApp, service requests, and the showcase feed.

How do providers get paid?

Accepted Answer

Once a job is marked complete and the client is satisfied, your payment is released instantly to your Arvices wallet. You can withdraw your earnings to your bank account usually 1 day after the date or completion of a booking, service request or product delivery. The more clients call you back and rate you positively, the higher you'll appear in search and AI suggestions for new jobs.
